At Gentle Paw Reiki, we are dedicated to supporting you and your animal companion on your journey toward peace, comfort, and holistic well-being. Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, please review our policy regarding purchases, downloads, and customer support.

1. Digital Product Policy (Instant Downloads)

Due to the digital nature of our products—including downloadable PDF printables, pet wellness journals, visual touch charts, and affirmation cards—all sales are generally final once downloaded. Unlike physical items, digital files cannot be physically returned once access has been granted.

We encourage you to read product descriptions carefully before completing your order to ensure the item meets your needs.

2. Exceptions & How We Can Help

Your trust and satisfaction mean the world to us. While sales are final, we want to make sure you have a wonderful experience with Gentle Paw Reiki. We are happy to issue a replacement file, store credit, or refund under the following circumstances:

File Corruption or Technical Issues: If you experience technical difficulties downloading or opening your files, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue for you within 3 business days.
Accidental Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchase the exact same digital item twice in a single transaction, we will gladly refund the duplicate charge.
Un-downloaded Orders: If you purchased a digital product by mistake and have not yet clicked the download link in your account or email receipt.

3. How to Request Support or Assistance

As a Certified Animal Reiki Practitioner, our founder creates these tools to foster connection between you and your pet, and we are always happy to answer basic tech or product usage questions.
